Disaster Protection Services is a Residential and Commercial
supplier and installer of storm windows, shutters, storm screens, and panels. Based in Metarie, Louisiana, we are owned and operated by Matthew
Carpenter. Matthew has been an active on-site, detail-oriented, construction
manager in his role as a contractor for over 15 years.
DPS has successfully completed a variety of projects, both
Residential and Commercial, covering a spectrum of complexity. DPS strives to
provide the best storm protection at affordable prices while maintaining the
highest standards for health, safety and welfare. Our team keeps projects
moving, on schedule and within budget. Our products have been tested with
Miami-Dade requirements for impact and meet the impact resistance requirements
as determined by the hurricane protection industry. We strive to provide the
